Can no longer screenshot iPad...

By pressing sleep button and home button together. It brings me to the "slide to power off/cancel screen instead. Screenshot was working until yesterday when I had an email issue.

I've completed a reset. No dice. Something else in settings?

Ok, so I deleted these apps I purchased over the weekend and now it works:

Photogene
WolframeAlpha
MotionxGPS
ithoughts

So, later I'll install each one to see which if any are the culprit. If anyone else has had issues with any of these apps I'd appreciate input.

I have Wolfram Alpha and Motion X. My screenshot feature works great.

are you holding these buttons down or just briefly pressing them. I believe that quick press = screenshot and hold down = shut down slider. Maybe you are pressing too long.
