Can not delete Folder and File from HD after updating to Catalina

I finally went as far as possible with my old 2013 iMac and updated OS to Catalina. The bottom line is that this iMac is still perfect, fast, and reliable, works great.


If Apple ever releases a new iMac with a large display, I might be a buyer.


After updating, I have a Keynote corrupted app stuck in folders on my Mac HD. I can not remove them, delete the folder and file.


Two folders, High Sierra SSD, and MacOS High Sierra need to go.


How do I do this?
