Can Not Print... Not even to a PDF

Hey Guys,

This is some really weird stuff... My art director went to lunch, came back, and then suddenly could not print. There's no explanation.

He was able to print to both of our laser printers, and of course make a PDF by printing using ADOBE PDF 8.0, between 8am and 12pm today.

When he came back at 1, no one had been on his computer and he went to print something and it just gets an error screen that says "Error while printing"

This happens no matter what program he's in.

We have tried rebooting and that didn't help, but are unsure if theres a plist file we could try deleting or something like that.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
He's got a Dual 2.5ghz G5 w/ 4 gb of ram on 10.4.9

Did you reboot the printer too? Sounds like a communication error to me.

cancel all tasks/stop all tasks to printer, restart printer and try unplugging and replugging the cable. if you've done everything on the computer end, it is likely a printer problem
