Can you reinstall with just CMD-R recovery?
Idk what CMD-R recovery is. When it pools up it goes straight to the os x utilites screen without pushing any buttons and I haVA it hooked to ethera net. The only options I have restore from time machine backup I have no backup reinstall OS X get help online and Disk Utility when I go to the reinstall OS X it gives me couple different drive to choose from but when I click one and hit install it says enter my app store username and password and then it says temperaly unavailable

Hold CMD and R keys while powering on your Mac. This should take you to recovery that attempts to reinstall the MacOS version which shipped with your Mac. Once you have a working OS installed, you can upgrade after.

The HD partition setup seems strange. Did you set those partitions?

Which iMac model is this?
