FireWire, no. USB, yes. (You can have Parallels directly control USB devices, so that the copy of Windows inside Parallels sees it as a USB device, not a drive volume. So then Windows inside Parallels mounts it exactly the same as a 'native' Windows computer would. Whereas Parallels doesn't 'pass-through' FireWire devices, so you could only have Windows-inside-Parallels see a FireWire drive if it would mount in the Mac OS. Which means that you can READ FireWire NTFS volumes, but not write to them, since the Mac OS can read them, but not write to them.)
