Judging from every other Apple panel from the last ten years it’s gonna be near ~100%. If not though the 11” will be better in some situations as that panel is practically perfect.

Is that even noticeable?
Delta E not really, contrast yes, like a washed out shirt. 2018 first impression is wow very crisp. 2020 a little dull and faded out, if compared side by side. Very few people will notice the difference, but a trained eye should see it immediately. OLED looks superb, but it is not accurate.

Actually it is not. If a Delta E number is less than 1 between two colors that are not touching, it is barely perceivable by the average human observer.
Very short summary: 0,0 … 0,5 no color difference, 0,5 … 1,0 difference only perceivable for experienced observers. The difference between the 2018 and 2020 model is 0.3:

Unfortunately the 2020 was worse than the 2018. DeltaE 1.3, contrast 1:1330 https://www.notebookcheck.net/Apple-iPad-Pro-12-9-2020-Review-Fine-tuning-the-Flagship.465642.0.html
