Can someone confirm: upgrade on jailbroken phone okay?

Has anyone upgraded to 1.1.3 from their jailbroken (unlocked) iPhone? I just want to make sure it will go okay...obviously I expect my jailbreak, etc. to gone. I just want to make sure it doesn't cause any issues.

mine has been jailbroken (not unlocked) and I restored to 1.1.2 (it's a 1.1.2 oob) then upgraded. Seems fine to me.

Im assuming so. Just sync, restore, then upgrade if you choose...

Don't know if you have to but I thought it was safer so did it that way

What happens to your non-jailbreak info like contacts, SMS? Will they also get wiped? I'm looking to upgrade from jailbroken 1.1.1 without doing a restore to 1.1.2.

I have an anysim unlocked 1.12 iPhone. So if I update the iphone to 1.13, the unlock will stay and it wont brick?

I would think it highly unlikely the unlock would stay. I'd definitely recommend waiting for a couple of days until the situation has been clarified

I just took the plunge and upgraded from jailbroken 1.1.2 to 1.1.3

I'll be honest I miss the previous apps a little bit..but not majorly.

Anyway it's ok..no need to do an OOTB 1.1.2 restore
