Can someone describe the broadcast feature?

What does the broadcast feature do? Does it record and/or stream what is on your screen?

Can this be used for streaming your device, say from twitch? I'm curious but there is little info out there.

Is there a broadcast feature? I thought it appeared in an earlier beta and went away again. How do you access it?

No worries at all. A few features didn't make the cut in time for 11.0 but will added later. I'm not sure if this is one of them but time will tell I guess.
