Can someone give me a list of PC cards that work in a 1,1 Mac Pro (El Cap) w/o web drivers/flashing?

Hey everyone,

With all the choices and the numerous cards that people have successfully flashed for their 1,1 Macs Pros, etc., it's hard to get a clean list of cards that will simply work without any of this stuff.

I have no interest in dealing with flashing a card, nor do I want to be at the mercy of web drivers that become outdates with every Mac OSX update.

I'd like a nice list of cards that boast the following:

1. Proven functional in a 1,1 Mac Pro
2. Run one or more monitors
3. Do NOT need to be flashed (I don't care about boot screens)
4. Will NOT require Nvidia web drivers or AMD Catalyst drivers
5. Will NOT stress my stock power supply out. I am fine with connecting a power cable, but I do not want to have this thing rev my PSU fans/overload my PSU

User 128keaton claims that his GTX 650 Ti works fine in his machine w/o drivers or flashing--but I am still waiting to hear more information about it and what OS he is running.

Lastly, I don't want to drop a fortune on this. $130 at most.

AMD cards: Everything in this list with OOB = Yes
Nvidia cards: From my knowledge, all Kepler based cards except GTX 780Ti/Titan Black.

Thank you! Hopefully there are some passively-cooled versions of these. (BTW, if you wish to add this to your list, I have had success with my passively-cooled HD Radeon 6450. Both the DVI and VGA ports work fine, but HDMI port is untested. No known issues--tested in Mountain Lion and El Capitan. It's just a little bit weak for my tastes.)
