DISCLAIMER: I enjoy research, I would rather read a 100 page white paper from the manufacturer than a one page summary from a news outlet.. that is the only way to get to the truth. Yes, I'm a nerd and proud of it.

I want to learn about Stolen Device Protection that is coming with iOS 17.3. I do not want to see articles from third parties, third parties are primarily interested in views/clicks and rarely have all of the information. I want to see the information directly from Apple themselves, since they are the ones implementing the feature. The problem is that everything I'm seeing in DuckDuckGo and Google point to information from third parties. Yes, I realize that my search habits can be rather strict.

Does anyone have a link to an Apple document for information about Stolen Device Protection?

iOS 17.3 hasn't been released yet so there wouldn't be any documentation related to 17.3 specific features available on Apple's support site. You can try creating a Apple Developer account and searching developer technical documentation on the Apple Developer site.

Oh, excellent point.. I didn't take into account the timing. I will continue my search after iOS 17.3 is released. Thank you.
