It's to unlock CDMA iPhones to AT&T (not SAMprefs) and it allows you to switch between GSM and CDMA antennas within the settings app of iPhone, you don't have to reboot, connect to iTunes, remove SIM or anything. What is this app- I saw it once in a video. Thank you!
