Can someone help me with unlocking my phone.

I tryed to unlock it using it ziphone and then it just showed on the screen itunes and the connector to connect it and it wouldnt move from that screen. I tryed to restore it in I Tunes and it said it couldnt be restored now the phone shows an apple and on the bottom a circle moving in cirlces I tryed to turn it off and it wont turn off. Can someone please help me out.

Are you on a mac or PC? What is your original iPhone software?

You should be able to turn off the phone by holding the power button for a while. Then you are going to want to restore your phone to 1.1.4 if you are not there already and retry the unlock again with iLiberty or Pwnage.
