Can Someone Please Make a Playstation Network APP?

Ive seen the xbox live app. It tells you friends online your achievements ETC... I was wondering if someone could make one for the PSN. Thanks in advance.

That is quite an order really. Now I'm not programmer, but I seriously doubt it's that easy to just ask and receive. Would you like it to be free as well?
