I've got a meter but my Mac Studio is an Ultra. I can do this for you if you want?

i've got some pretty good ideas from some people but if if its not a hassle for you, then yea!
on a side note its a little confusing with the whole sleep thing power usage because im not sure the Studio even can go to full sleep mode

I have one and a Kill-A-Watt. Let me dig it up and I'll post a bit later.

Found it quicker than I thought...
22-30 watts while starting up
16-18 watts while on and idling w/external SSDs, 11.5 with no attachments (aside from Studio Display).
60 watts under heavy load (Stable Diffusion)
5.6-5.7 watts while asleep w/external SSDs, 3.5 with no attachments.
1 watt while "off"

This is for a base model Mac Studio. I'm surprised the external drives are running up the power consumption that much considering they have dedicated power supplies.

M1 Ultra, base spec with a 2Tb SSD.

Switched off - 0.8W
Safe mode and idle - 17.2W
Sleep mode - 2.4W

All external peripherals unplugged except two Studio displays and I left it in each state for about half an hour to average.
