Can music played from Spotify some how be imported into the default iPhone music app? Wondering, would be nice. Thanks.

As far as I know.. No it cannot. (I use spotify on an Ipad 2 not positive on the differences) Spotify picks up itunes playlists though.

I'm pretty sure Spotify has this feature since Rdio has it (I have a subscription to the latter). You can pick songs/albums which you want to download or "sync" to your phone. It does not show up in the music app, but if you don't have an internet connection on your phone, you can still listen to said music.

You may not download Spotify music except you get some apps to record it to computer. maybe you can download to computer and then get to your portable device to keep the music.

Well a spotify Premium abo is pretty cheap and you can access your playlists offline(which is awesome IMHO).

ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CLEAR THE SPOTIFY CACHE? Mine uses 1GB now :/ and my offline playlist only has 10songs so that ca't be the ten gigs!

Easily the worst problem with Spotify is the inability to manage the cache anymore. I swear it use to allow you to pick how big the cache could get and even dump it but now you have to delete the app and reinstall it if it gets crazy. Mines at 3.7 GB and luckily my phone has the space at the moment.

A Premium spotify account is mandatory for offline use. It's $10 per month and well worth it IMO. I just recently made the plunge into a premium acc and boy what a great decision that was. No need to use valuable gb on my phone and I still have the ability to create and edit Spotify playlists.
