it`s been like this for a couple of days. everytime i try to download, it tells me that i have a size mismatch. i thought if i waited then i would be able to download apps again. should i restore my phone & jailbreak it again? or wait some more . . . ?

can`t download apps from cydia.

sorry i`m going to edit my post.
but when i try to download from Cydia, it keeps telling me that there`s a size mismatch but i have space on my harddrive sooo wthhh! =[

I don't think this is to do with how much space you have left. I think seen that error a few times, but if I try install it again it works.
But, honestly, I'm not sure. Try reinstalling Cydia via itself, if it lets you.
