Can the 24" ACD be used with the Mini? I know its kinda a silly question, but tons of people have told me the new 24" ACD (like the one the connects with the MB family) can only connect with the MacBook family... Because of the mini display port... But Minis have the mini display port too don't they?

Cheers!

You can use any computer with a mini Display Port video output.
So you can use a Mac Mini with a mini Display Port video output.

Those tons of people must have been ignorant as it seems.

If you go to the Apple Store online and select a Mini to purchase, you'll see that the 24" Display is offered as an option.

Cool, thanks, I thought it could, but I just wanted to make sure, because I might be doing a setup where I use a Mini with a 24" ACD, and my MBP can connect to the same screen when the mini isn't being used to make it a desktop:D
