Can the Accelero X2 be remove from the ATI X1900 XT?

I guess no one try to remove it yet. But I don't think it can be remove by damaging the Card itself! I was going to remove it to clean the thermal paste a bit and apply new one. I try yanking it off but it stuck on pretty good. So I guess once it install it going to stuck on there forever? Kinda dumb design. I heard some people damage their card by taking it off.

Nevermind...I just find out the sticky pad that stuck onto the RAM pretty good, so can't remove it without damaging and the RAM chip itself.

Yes, it comes off. Just have to wriggle it a little bit.
