Can the Files App be deleted ?

A quick question

I do not have iOS 11 Beta - but I'm curious.
Is it possible to delete the new Files app. I already use Document 6, and OneDrive, and do not need an extra. Maybe someone has the same way, but I have some kind of "OCD thing" when it comes to apps I do not need or are going to use hehe

Short answer: You can.
Long answer: in current beta it can be removed. Guess this will remain that way until final version.
