So this just hit me. If you have the iPad Pro Magic Keyboard it can charge via the Magic Connector which takes power through the USB-C charge port on the left side. That still leaves open the iPad Pros main USB-C charge port on the right side. Question is will it “Fast” charge is its connected via both chargers simultaneously?

Well, is that even worth the effort?

I would think that there would be a cutout with internal circuitry taking the charge from one source only. Try it and tell us what happens ...

No, it will prefer the charge from the iPad usb-c port.

Smart connector charge is also SLOW. I’d only use it to charge if leaving iPad on magic keyboard overnight, or while working for a long time and trickle charge won’t bother me. Otherwise for a quick juice up, usb c port anyday.
