I can't believe this sound volume can't even be adjusted?!? Even if you turn alerts volumes down, the Siri alert sound is still the same level.

Siri has always had her own/independent volume level. Adjust it while Siri is active, or tell her to speak quieter. This will also change how loud the startup tone is.
