Obviously there is a stigma with intergrated graphics.

However, is the new macbook at least better than my 900 G3 Ibook with 32 MB dedicated graphics (yes I'm pushing this comparison) in terms of gaming?

I play WoW and Halo on my G3 Ibook on the lowest graphic settings and on some variable fps (it's not stellar but still playable). Will the new macbook at least perform better in terms of gaming than those Ibook G4 1.42 Ghz?

Provided you have a decent amount of RAM (1GB minimum, IMO), I'd say that you're likely to see a vast, vast, vast, vast, (vast vast vast) improvement over what you see on your current Mac. Vast.
