can this memory be used for upgrade

i have mac mini of the previous model (one before the newest one. the last model with cd rom drive). bought it 8 months ago. the 600$ version.

i want to buy this memory for upgrade:

from what i have read that ram should be good for your mac mini. if you are not shure go to this link http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4223. from what I've read on this product it should work.

it should work but I had trouble with some crucial/micron ram in my 2010 minis.
