can update/upgrade cydia

Hi, I am looking for some help with my cydia, it seems that I have like 8 upgrades available, mobilesubstrate or something like that etc. but everytime I hit upgrade it just downloads and then it tells me that host unreachable etc, I tried deleting the sources that aren't coming up and it won't let me delete them.

any suggestions?

how do I get cydia back to normal, I did the all sources package and I think that may have something to do with it. thanks in advance.

Are you hitting update all or doing them one at a time.

I recommend doing them one at a time if the update all is not working.
