Yes, but you must downgrade to iOS 10.3.3 first then to 10.3.2
[doublepost=1498554269][/doublepost]If you didn't install it yet, I don't recommend you

where can we locate 10.3.3 ipsw file? I have already installed IOS 11 public beta. really regret.

when i tried downgrading to 10.3.3 so cydia impactor would actually work again, everything appeared to work, there was a new long loading screen saying it was attempting data recovery i never saw before. but all my messages in the messages app were gone, like it was a new phone..

google ios 10.3.3 beta 4 direct ipsw. if i post link here some mod will get whiny.

IOS 11 PB => 10.3.3 didn't work for me BUT
IOS 11 PB => IOS DB 11.1 => 10.3.2 did work

Tried both above variants in DFU-mode on my iPhone 7

I downgraded right to 10.3.2 with no issues. Put my SE into DFU mode and restored from iCloud. Should this have not worked?

Here is the fix on how to downgrade from iOS 11 PB or beta 2 to iOS 10.3.X:

YOU WILL HAVE TO RESTORE YOUR DEVICE

----Downloads----

iPhone 7:
iOS 11 beta 1 IPSW download (click me)
iOS 10.3.2 IPSW download (click me) [you can either choose this or the iOS 10.3.1 IPSW]
iOS 10.3.1 IPSW download (click me) [you can either choose this or the iOS 10.3.2 IPSW]

iPhone 7+:
iOS 11 beta 1 IPSW download (click me)
iOS 10.3.2 IPSW download (click me) [you can either choose this or the iOS 10.3.1 IPSW]
iOS 10.3.1 IPSW download (click me) [you can either choose this or the iOS 10.3.2 IPSW]

All other iPhones:
iOS 11 beta 1 IPSW downloads (click me)
iOS 10.3.2 IPSW downloads (click me)
iOS 10.3.1 IPSW downloads (click me)

----Instructions----

Step 1) Download the iOS 11 beta 1 IPSW, as well as the iOS 10.3.X IPSW for your phone.
Step 2) Launch iTunes.
Step 3) Plug your phone into your computer.
Step 4) On the top left, you should see an iPhone icon, click on it.
Step 5) Windows method: Hold shift and select restore iPhone. Mac method: Hold command and select restore iPhone
Step 6) Select the iOS 11 beta 1 IPSW download, and start the restore process.
Step 7) Once the restore is finished, repeat step 4 and 5.
Step 8) Now, select the iOS 10.3.X download, and start the restore process.

You're done.

That link only works for those that have paid developer account. The OP is public beta tester, so no access to that.
I'm not on a paid developer account and can see this:

Names and links don't match, downloading the file behind the first "5s"-model gave me the correct ipsw for my 6s. Super strange... but I don't care - it worked!

I don't get that at all. I log in using my non-developer account and it takes me to PB page. Nothing with restore files.

Me neither... If you need a specific ipsw or know someone who still does, let me know. Happy to be back on 10.3.3. I'm getting too old for this stuff...

So Apple released the Public Beta with the same issue we had with Beta 2 and not being able to rollback to 10.3.2 without restoring beta 1? SMH.

No, they released a revised version, 11B2 Update 1. But it requires you to rollback to 10.3.3, not 10.3.2.

10.3.3 is not official.
Apple supplied links yesterday in a support article for 10.3.3 beta links. I am assuming they are assuming that anyone that is now on iOS 11PB was on iOS 10.3.3PB before.

The support article is slowly updating across the world. Yesterday some people had access to the 10.3.3 links, while others did not. I didn't get access until this morning and other people still can't. But they are rolling out the way to downgrade.

Again, you may or may not see this in the link if it hasn't updated for you yet.
