Can we install apps from 2 different Apple IDs?

Can we install apps from 2 Apple IDs? I bought Mac App Store apps and iOS apps from 2 different Apple IDs, can I install and use apps from 2 different Apple IDs on my Mac and iPhone and iPad?

Will there be hassles and stability issues? Perhaps I'm better off taking the loss and re-buying the apps??

Yes, you can. Your 2 IDs can be from different countries even. The catch though is you need to switch ID when updating apps.

Maybe it's better to add both of your Apple ID's to Family Sharing and your apps will be available for everyone in Family. But this only if Apple ID's are frome same country, as I know
