Can we really expected the rumored iMac 27" to be priced as low as 2000$/2500$

Idk I mean even if they just put M1 pro and M1 max ,the screen alone (mini-led with crazy brightness and contrast +120hz pro motion) would be worth more than that

Definitely not $1999 because the 512/16 24" M1 iMac is already $1899. I would say $2499 to start (an increase of $300 over the current 512/16 27" Intel iMac). Maybe even $2399 if they're binning the base model's processor.

They only raised prices by $100-$200 on the Macs that have been redesigned with Apple Silicon so far (even the MBPs with their insane feature set) so I expect that trend to more or less continue.
