Can wireless charging pads damage iPhones? I'm thinking about getting the Belkin one but am wondering if it could cause damage to my iPhone. Thanks.

Been using Seneo wireless charging stands since the iPhone had wireless charging capability, and they are awesome. No issues at all.

A power surge in your home has a greater chance of damaging your iPhone if connected via a wire to a charger compared to a wireless charger.

No, but is it an efficient way to charge an iPhone? No. Does it contribute to heat that can degrade battery? Yes. Just watch out for excessive heat from wireless and fast charging.

No. I have several dotted around the house and they're very convenient, especially on the bedside table where my phones sit almost every night.

Yes, apple know its bad which is why they have the warning on their site that says do not use wireless charging if you can avoid it as its bad and they only included it to sell phones...

Its there, it works, it does no damage, the phone manages its own charging well enough that it wont overheat or cause problems and its only the slower 7.5w and not the 10w found on other makes.

It’s possible, but unlikely. Avoid cheap Chinese chargers. The reason Apple shelved AirPower is because they could not safety implement the overlapping coils.

Do you have a link? I haven't seen that on the Apple site.
