If got a 80gig HD for gaming on my Mac Pro. I've installed Age of Conan and it's a huge install. Now I can't defragment this disk in XP. I think this is because there is only 11% of disk space left and when defragmenting XP doesn't have room to move around large files. So my question is; If I re partitioned another large drive to have say, 100mb FAT – could XP use this space to write files to during the defragmenting?

Is it possile to partition one drive journaled (OS) and FAT 32 for Windows?

No. Defrag will only move data around a single volume.

Yes - you can do that through disk utility.
