can you apply a wet screen protector dry?

Wet require water but can they be installed without water?

thanks in advance

No, from my experience, it won't stick.

The cleanest way I find to apply those wet screen protector is to use a mist sprayer (with small amount of soap mixed in), and spray both the phone display and the screen protector. Skinomi provides one with their products, but some other brands doesn't.

If you have the iPhone 7 and want a product that adhere to the curve of the screen, try this screen protector, of course it's not transparent so it will cover up your bezel color. I haven't done it for the 7, but I used the same one for a different phone and I liked it a lot, although it does cut off a few pixels at the edge of the screen. Also it's a bit tricky to apply without bubble compared to typical full glass ones, but not hard if you do it slowly and nowhere as bad as wet screen protectors.
