Yes. Depending on the model. If it uses nvme. Just look up nvme to usb adaptor/enclosere. If it uses SATA. SATA to usb. Its as easy as popping the drive out, plugging it into the said adapters and plug it into the USB on the other Mac. Just note if you use FileVault, you may run into issues as the drive has encrypted all your data. Not sure if another Mac can decrypt the data with your log in details. Never tried.
