Can you fast charge the iPad Pro with a car charger or it only works with the wall outlet? :(

I've charged mine with the cigarette lighter adapter plenty of times.

Make sure what ever adapter you use in the cig lighter, it must be separately fused. I had a friend who her car caught fire when the wires going to the phone shorted. The fuse for the lighter socket is way to big for protection and you need to have one in the adapter or on the cord.

iPads generally require higher voltage, don’t think that cigarette lighters provide enough voltage to charge it fast.

There is no lack of power at the cig lighter. If it can turn the lighter red hot . . . . .

If your car has a power outlet like mine, then yeah

I would think the cigarette light port (or whatever its called just doesn't draw enough power to do a fast charge.

a car cigarette lighter fuse has 15 Amps and most cars uses a 12V system, you take 15 and multiply it by 12 and you get 180 Watts which is your safety zone.
