iPad Can you generate subtitles And captions on facebook using iPad 11 pro?

I was told in the Mac store that using the new iPad 11 pro I could use the desk top version of facebook and use the free sub title generator on facebook business page.
Does any body know how to do this?
Ive bought by iPad Pro 11 but cant figure it out. It says my browser isn’t compatible.
