Nope. They only carry the stock configurations.

If you're only upgrading RAM you can order from the Apple Store. All other upgrades require ordering online or over the phone (that came from an Apple Store employee when I was ordering).

I might be wrong but you can't upgrade your iMac GPU . . . didn't think it had a user replaceable gpu in it.
