Has that policy changed? Just wondering if I can go to an Apple store and say I'll activate at home......?

Thanks

I didn't activate my phone in the store when I bought mine and just took it home still shrink wrapped, but I'm in Australia.. not sure if the same policy applies to where you are.

In the U.S.... They had (still have?) a policy where they force you to activate in the store...
