Can you pause video recording in iOS10?

I have iPhone 4 and thus iOS 7 and one of the things that bug me is that you can't pause when you record video. Is that possible in iOS 10?

Also - those of you that have iPhone 7+ with the 3 gb ram; have you experienced app crashing and/or website reloading in Safari ?

Much less frequently than on my previous device (6 Plus), but yes; it's still there.

As for the otherwise massive silence for my first question; I'm guessing that the answer is no, that it's not possible to simply pause while video recording. Shame.

To pause video, take s look at the free Spark app. It does that and much more but it's simpler to use.
