Just wondering whether you can play Team Fortress on a 21.5 iMac with the following specs, any help would be greatly appreciated:

3.06GHz Intel Core i3 processor with 4MB level 3 cache; supports Hyper-Threading
ATI Radeon HD 4670 graphics processor with 256MB of GDDR3 memory

i understand that it won't be great, but will i be able to play it at a reasonable enough standard? thanks.

I'd have thought it'd run just fine on that spec Mac. Maybe not at native resolution, and maybe not with max detail, but I'm pretty sure you'll be able to find a good compromise that allows decent framerates and reasonable quality visuals.

For reference, I've got a 27" iMac with the 512MB ATI 4850 (? I can never remember, but it's the late-2009 model). I get ~50FPS with the odd slowdown to ~30FPS running at max details at native resolution (2660x1440). The CPU (admittedly the i7) averages about 50% of one core, and I use about 1.3GB system memory for Steam+TF2.

I think you'll be fine. Now jump in and PUSH CART TO BE CREDIT TO TEAM!

I run TF2 on the new 27" with the 5750

Seems ok in native res so shouldnt the 5670 on a 21" work ok ?
