Can you reactivate a used iPhone?

i may buy one of these $299 iphones, and get the prepaid service (dont wanan do the 2yr).

but if i cancel the service, can i re-sgin up with another account, or sell it to someone else and they can sign up?

or is the phone a brick?

Thanks

You would need to get a new sim card from the apple store. Well, either you or the person you will be selling it to.

they'll give you a free SIM card at an ATT store. Just go in and tell them your situation. Or call ATT, I had to do this because they messed up my activation... I have three SIM cards...that was fun day::sigh::
