iPhone Can you recover notes moved into iCloud that got removed during sync?

Hi

I moved notes from a gmail account into my iCloud account on my iPhone 5s
as soon as i got the sync to work via mobile data, those notes where all gone!

is there any way to recover them?

never mind i restored from a back up
