If you have an AirPrinter available to you, please try to replicate this iOS 15/iPadOS 15 bug and let me know your results:
1. Open a document on your iPhone or iPad. It could be a Word document, Pages document, or PDF.
2. Make sure this document has quotation marks " ".
3. Make sure this document is written in Times New Roman. This bug will not replicate with other fonts (other fonts print properly).
4. Print this document to your AirPrinter.
5. Review: Do the quotation marks print like this? "example„
The second pair of quotation marks prints at the height of a comma. This is common in some European versions of TNR, but not English. I do not know why iOS 15/iPadOS 15 is printing like this. English (US) is the only language/keyboard enabled on my devices.
This does NOT happen on screen--only when printing. It displays fine on screen.

I am able to replicate in multiple printers.
When printing the same document on my MacBook, it prints properly. So this is not a macOS problem yet (maybe in Monterey though!)
This is a bug that is really affecting what I do, given that I'm someone who uses my iPad for 99% of my work. It's almost as if a European version of Times New Roman got included in iOS/iPadOS 15.
