Can you run two 2.5" drives in the 24" iMac?

I apparently can't search this topic well because I get a lot of odd results. And I bet this has been asked before.

I want to run two 2.5" drives in my iMac. I see cradles that hold 2 drives in place of a 3.5" drive but how would the iMac see them?

Anyway, is it possible?
Is it feasible?
