Can you transfer photos via bluetooth from cellphone to touch?

Ok just got my 32gb 3gen touch today ( sold off my iPad because i really didnt need it ) and there is one thing that REALLY annoyed me about the iPhone 3GS ( and i am sure the touch is the same way )

Can you send pics to and from the touch to a cellphone that has bluetooth?

I have a Samsung cellphone and i can send and recieve pics to and from my Macbook Pro with no problem, when i tried with my iPhone ( when i still had it ) this wasnt possible due to Apple and there pointless bluetooth on the iphone.

Was curious if you could on the Touch?

and if NOT, would jailbreaking it allow me to do this? and if so, which app would i need once jailbroken?

Yeah i figured....Will jailbreaking allow me to transfer pics over bluetooth? ( is there a app for that via jailbreak? ) i know the app store has a app like that but i think its only for sending pic to and from other iphones and touch's, so i could not send a pic from my Samsung cell to my touch....

iBluetooth and iBlueNova are 2 apps on Cydia that will allow transfer between various bluetooth devices. There are also some video demos of these apps on Youtube.
