No you can't. The ad-blockers only work with Safari. You do have those WiFi only ad lockers which work with everything including apps but they work only on wifi.

You do have an IPA of the app somewhere on the internet if you do some digging around if you want to sideload the app though.
This app seems to have gotten past Apple's certification process. If you purchase the Pro version it supposedly blocks all ads on cellular. Haven't tried it myself though although should be safe to buy with Apple's refund policies.That is true but then you got to sign it ever 7 days. Which sucks.
I have it because I downloaded the last good version of AdGuard Pro before it updated from my iPad and iPhone.
If there was a way to sideload forever then maybe but then you have to worry about the app updating plus breaking because of getting old.![]()
