Can you use the Apple Pencil JUST for drawing?

All stylus are pretty much the same, they're not locked to one specific app, so a touch on the screen will be a touch on the screen, it will work on the home screen, selecting apps, browsing the web, etc. whatever you normally do with your finger. It will just also allow tilt and force sensors to catch different movements.

I think then it would be very interesting to know if you could use the new force touch/3D Touch features of iOS 9.

I think apple pencil only helps graphics professionals, all other functions can be used hands

I agree. Apple Pencil can assist users to draw professional graphics and easily click on small virtual buttons on screen instead by fingers.
