Canada official unlocked Iphone use with AT&T

I have a question, I have purchased an official unlocked iphone, if I use it with AT&T iphone plan, will it get lock again? I ask this because I will be moving back to Macau in a year (I am an international student in the states), that's why I can't buy a locked AT&T iphone 4 to use it in Macau (without JB).
