iOS Canadian developers, did you sign the GST/HST Form??

While setting up my account, I noticed a link saying if you are a Canadian resident then you have to sign this GST/HST Form and mail it to apple and they will mail back a copy. Is this correct?? This process could take forever. Did everyone from Canada signed this or is this step not needed?

as I understand you need to fill that section.. i had to do it..
