Canadian Redemption

I purchased a Macbook Pro Retina on June 11th so I qualify for the free upgrade. But you can only get it https://uptodate.apple.com/UtdPrepareAction.action and since it's the US site (not apple.ca) it only lists ZIP Code. I did enter my canadian Postal Code in the ZIP Code fields but didn't receive my redemption code yet. Is there a Canadian specific URL hidden somewhere or what?

I had the same problem, except I only submitted the form 30 minutes ago, and still no code. They might be backed up in general but I am not too sure..

I guess it did work after all. 55 hours later and I got my email and it's downloading.
