i have set up a US Itunes account using an Itunes gift card, to enable me to download apps, etc, in advance of Ipad being available in Canada. My question is once Canadian Itunes has the Ipad apps readily available, if a then switch over and try to synch to my Canadian Itunes account, will ALL the data (books, apps, videos) be wiped off my Ipad, or will the content still be on the device. I do understand that at a minimum, any of those apps downloaded from US Itunes will not update in the future, once I switch over, but not sure whether it will leave the content "as is" on the device. Wouldnt like to buy books, games, etc and then lose it all. thanks for your help.

OK great and thx for fast reply. Dont want to load up on apps and books only to have them wiped off at end of April. Also, Canadian Itunes likely to have more limited content anyway.

Confirmed. Just got back from Buffalo. All is well.... my old iPod apps are co-exisiting with the ones I just got from the US store.
