Other Cancel my order or keep - please advise

Hi! i am new to this forum over here and actually I could use some help.

I initially ordered the iPhone XS Max in Space Grey, but after seeing the Gold version pop up everywhere, I decided to cancel the order and switch to the Gold one.

Now.. the dilemma: Everyone is unboxing the iPhone XS Max vs XS on YT and now seeing it on video.. I am seeing a kinda beige goldish white color which I don’t dig as I used to be. Now I am able to cancel the Gold one for the Space Grey one.

What would you do? Fyi: I am now on the iPhone 7+ in matte black.

If not sure, you should have not preordered and waited to see one at the store. Chances are slim to none that you will get one at the store on release date but that’s what you get for not being able to decide.

You will have 14 days to try it out, and if you don't like it, you can return it

Space Grey always. Keep it simple. Also the Gold version popping up is not because people are choosing the gold version to buy, it's because apple is only sending all reviewers the gold one.

I was just telling my husband the same thing. The gold on the announcement looks a lot different than the gold on the review videos. It looks like the same gold as the 8/8+, which I’m not a big fan of.

Phone colors is such a personal thing. I to am a bit miffed that the gold color is more of a beige, but that gold stainless steel band makes up for it. I also really like the look of space grey and as a professional, it suits the persona much more; however i have space grey everything when it comes to Apple and wouldn't mind trying something different for once.

I saw an unboxing video today on a gold xs and max. The golds weren't even close. One was more yellow the other, I think, more pinkish. Not sure which one you would get. Maybe the difference is only between the the two sizes and within the size they are consistent.

Same. I like the coppery gold. It’s actually the best gold they’ve done when compared to the past phones.

The Space Grey is boring n I’ve had Space Grey since the start
