Canceled Activation

When I was activating my iPhone, I accidentally used the slider to cancel my activation, when I thought all I was doing was unlocking it. Is there anyway I can get the activation to restart?

I'm not sure you can do that but doing the "slide to unlock"

but the only way to get that back would be to do a restore and then set it up as a new phone.
